August Garden of the Month:   Edna Charest’s garden at 15 Sheldon Street in Methuen.

Edna and her husband moved into their new home in 1957 and the garden was a blank slate.  Over the years she has filled her yard with a wide array of beautiful flowers and plants.  In addition her home is adorned with window boxes filled with all manner of flowers.  Although this winner of August’s garden of the month, Edna doesn’t consider herself an expert, but, she does what she loves and her garden reflects that love of flowers.
